Welcome: Whats up people welcome to H and R Spot. A blogspot for Music, Sports, and much more. This website was started because both Rob and I(Howard) have a love for sports and music, and wanted to share our out take with people all over.

About us: Howard aka HJ also known as HHolladaprice(Xboxlive Holla!) I'm a 22 year old Junior at Western Oregon University. My major is Inner disciplinary studies, I work part time at a dollar world, go to school, and play basketball(open Gym)

Rob(Mr Flashy) also RdAkInG1425(Xboxlive Hit Me!) 22 years young in the game, I also go to Western Oregon University, and major in Business. I played basketball for the school, but choose to stop playing.
